Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or downloading SoundCast software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

License

SoundCast grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the edition you have registered for:

• Free edition: You may install and use SoundCast Free on any number of personal computers at no cost, for personal or commercial broadcasting purposes.
• Pro edition: Your license activates on one (1) computer per license key. You may deactivate and transfer it to another machine. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your key.

Prohibited Use

You may not use SoundCast to:

• Broadcast content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Stream illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Circumvent or disable any licensing or security mechanisms
• Resell access to SoundCast software or services without written permission

Payments and Refunds

SoundCast Pro is a one-time payment of $65 CAD. Because we provide a fully functional Free edition that allows you to test all features before purchasing, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. SoundCast does not store your payment details.

Service Availability

SoundCast software is provided as a desktop application. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website, account system, or license activation servers, but we aim to maintain 99.9% uptime.

Intellectual Property

All SoundCast software, branding, and content is the proprietary property of SoundCast. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SoundCast is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding fitness for any particular purpose or compatibility with any specific hardware or server software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SoundCast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
